Breakdown of the scene 2 from Archinteriors vol. 35.
This interior scene was made in 3ds Max and V-Ray by Evermotion. It is scene 6 from Archinteriors vol. 35. You can purchase this single scene or entire Archinteriors vol. 35 collection in Evermotion Shop.
This is a small bedroom in Scandinavian style - a lot of bright, clean design, simple "rustical" furniture and a warm feeling achieved with the lighting.
Wireframe view. As you can see, soft textiles have garment mesh. There are many ways to create soft objects like bedclothes. You can use Garment Maker and cloth simulation in 3ds Max.

This is a position of our sun. It targets the window. Settings are on the right.

We placed one Vray light in the window to lit the room a bit more.
Walls and ceiling Multi/Sub-Object material. Generic grey material for ceiling with VRayDirt and wallpaper material for walls.

Wallpaper material. Wallpaper map is put in diffuse slot. B-W variation with low contrast is put in bump map slot. Reflect map with falloff is in reflect map slot.

Photoshop stack. All passes layers make image brighter and add details. It wasn't bright enough, so we put Curves layer at the top, increasing slightly RGB curve in the middle.
